The inn was once the farmhouse for the John Hay Fells Estate, and has been completely renovated with modern comforts. Our latest addition is a garden pond with babbling stream
and waterfall. You may hear our chickens clucking as they deliver fresh eggs to the breakfast table.
The old apple orchard has been brought back to life, fresh vegetables grow in the garden, and you may find some home grown berries and fruits mixed into muffins or sprinkled on breakfast.
